Khata — giving by kshetra
Dev dravya, gyan dravya, jivdaya and sadharmik are separate ledger heads, not tags on a donation. The upward-only rule is enforced between them, so money given for one purpose can never quietly fund another.
Which heads exist at all is derived from your tradition. A Sthānakavāsī or Terāpanth center has no dev dravya, because there is no idol and no temple — nobody has to remember to switch that off.
NamoPass — one identity, every sangh
A Jain identity your members carry for life. It travels with them between centers, so a family that moves from one sangh to another arrives already known, and a member of three centers is one person rather than three records.
Their pass checks them in at your events whether or not they are your member — which is exactly what a visiting family needs, and what a per-tenant contact list cannot express.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets and our current tools?
Yes. We import members, households, donation history, and event records from CSV, QuickBooks, and most legacy CRMs. Most sanghs are live within 5–10 business days. We do the heavy lifting on the first import — no setup fees.
Do you support Gujarati, Hindi, and other languages?
Yes. The product supports English plus Gujarati, Hindi, and a growing list of Indian languages for member-facing screens, statements, and email. UI translations come with the platform; communications can be sent in any language you write.
Is NamoHub only for Jain sanghs?
Yes, and it could not be otherwise. The Jain concepts are in the data model, not the vocabulary. Giving is organised by kshetra: dev dravya, gyan dravya, jivdaya and sadharmik are separate ledger heads, the upward-only rule is enforced between them, and which kshetra exist at all depends on whether your center is Mūrtipūjaka, Sthānakavāsī, Terāpanth or Digambara. NamoPass is a Jain identity your members carry for life, across every sangh they belong to. None of that is a setting another community could switch on.
How does pricing scale as we grow?
Pricing scales with the size of your sangh, and we would rather quote you than have you guess from a table. Tell us roughly how many households you serve and what you need, and we will give you a number — no setup fees either way.
Who owns our data, and can we leave?
You own everything, and you can leave with it. Ask and we produce a full export of your members, households, giving, events and enrolments. No exit fee, no hostage-taking.
Day to day, exports are permissioned by role: the treasurer exports payments, the registrar exports a class roster. What we deliberately do not ship is a one-click dump of the whole member directory for anyone who can log in, because a spreadsheet of your congregation leaves your access controls behind the moment it exists. If you need an answer from your data, the reports give it to you in place.
What about donor privacy and tax compliance?
We're built for U.S. 501(c)(3) and equivalent international charity workflows. Receipts include the required language; donor-advised fund (DAF) and stock gifts are supported. We never sell or share member or donor data.
